His career foundation was built at Microsoft, where he developed deep expertise in sales and account management.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in Information Technology, Gandhali More has cultivated expertise across Infrastructure Management, Hosting, Information Security, and Business Continuity. As a seasoned executive, she has a proven track record of delivering results in the IT services sector, with a particular focus on building and sustaining long-term enterprise partnerships. She brings this wealth of experience to her role at Adrialic.

With more than 15 years of experience across Sales and Marketing, Vanita Kriplani has built a reputation as a knowledgeable and results-driven professional in the Software Licensing space. Her career includes significant tenure at Microsoft, where she contributed to Sales and Channel Management initiatives, equipping her with deep insight into the enterprise software landscape.

In her role at Adrialic, Shilpa Chavan holds responsibility for the company’s financial and human resource operations.
